Allow me to state for the record that I am not a vitamin person, and my consumption of vitamins can quite literally be traced back to a very specific time in my life.
On New Years Eve of 2010—when I was 33 years old, The Hubs and I learned that we were expecting our first child, so I began taking prenatal vitamins the very next day.
And because I nursed our son for over a year—then discovered I was pregnant with our daughter, whom I nursed for more than a year as well—I continued taking those vitamins until the latter part of 2014.
Then, just like that, I broke up with vitamins.
Cold turkey.
Then, in 2015, I went natural.
And even though my hair has always grown relatively fast, I was looking for something—anything!—to accelerate my hair growth.
Enter my quest for a good, affordable hair vitamin...and, here, I present to you what I've found.
