My Fabulous (and CHEAP!) at-home latte

Pre-quarantine, I was not the kind to plunk down five bucks (or more) on the daily for a cup of coffee--and Lord knows, I am certainly not judging you if you are.

I totally "get" the appeal of a barista-made beverage. Hell, when my mom friends and I want a quick getaway sans kids, the first place we run to is Biggby or Starbucks.

That said, I simply don't want to pay that much for my coffee every single day.
Enter my fabulous (and CHEAP!) non-fat at-home latte.

This baby is tasty, easy to make, and clocks in at 10 calories. (Full admission: I mistakenly said in the very beginning of this video that this latte is 30 calories. WRONG! It's only 10 calories; an entire cup of unsweetened almond milk is 30 calories...but we only use 1/3 of a cup of that milk for this latte. I do clarify this at the end of the video, thankfully.)

Watch me make this latte below...

TOP LEFT:  NESCAFE CLASICO Dark Roast Instant Coffee 7 Ounce (Amazon.com, $4.98)
TOP RIGHT: Simple Truth Unsweetened Almond Milk (Kroger, $2.79)
BOTTOM LEFT: Bodum Electric Milk Frother (Walmart.com, $29.92)
BOTTOM RIGHT: BetterBody Foods Monk Fruit Zero Calorie Sweetener (Walmart.com, $9.25)
