My Go-To Superfood Smoothie

I cannot rave enough about this smoothie.

It's quick, easy, and filling, and clocks in at under 350 calories per serving. And because it's packed with fiber and protein, it certainly lives up to the superfood title I've given it.

Not a smoothie person? I feel you. I'm not, either.

Several years ago, I tired of run-of-the-mill smoothie recipes in which protein whey powder is the cornerstone ingredient; I just don't like the taste of those powders in blended smoothies.

This smoothie, however, gets its protein from the Greek yogurt and PB2. No protein powder needed.

And the best part?

When I have this for lunch, it keeps me full well into the afternoon.

Watch me make it below...

TOP LEFT:  Fage Total 2% Milkfat Greek Yogurt (Amazon.com, $4.98)
TOP MIDDLE: Frozen blueberries (any brand will do; about four bucks at your local grocer)
TOP RIGHT: Kellogg's All-Bran Buds cereal (Walmart.com, $3.68)

BOTTOM LEFT:  Simple Truth Unsweetened Almond Milk (Kroger, $2.79)
BOTTOM MIDDLE: PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (Walmart; $8.47)
BOTTOM RIGHT: *Optional* Organic Chia Seeds (Walmart.com, $8.94)

FAR RIGHT: NutriBullet - Single Serve Blender - Gray (Best Buy; $59.99)
